To the participants who would need an entry visa to Japan
You are kindly requested to refer the below information and contact the consular section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan in your country or region to prepare necessary documents. UMAT conference secretariat will issue the required documents only on a specific request sent to: info@u-mat.org by June 10, 2007.

Please note that you need to enclose the file of your schedule in Japan made to the form (page 6 & 7 of http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/procedure.pdf). Also let us know your :
- full name
- date and year of birth
- age as of the date to apply for the visa
- sex
- occupation
- nationality
- address to receive the documents within your e-mail.
Due to the complex nature of visa issuance, the organizers suggest that you should apply and proceed at your earliest convenience.
