Paper Sessions
There will be numerous papers sessions, which will last 1 hour 45 minutes and contain up to 4 presentations.
Presenters should prepare a paper and be prepared to speak for approximately 20 minutes. (see Submission of Papers)
Round Tables
There will be numerous papers sessions, which will last 1 hour 45 minutes and contain up to 4 presentations.

Round Tables
Round tables will take place in the lunch breaks of each of the main conference days.
Round tables normally involve 5-12 participants and will take up to 8 short presentations ranging from 5-10 minutes each. Round Tables are scheduled at lunch 11:45-13:00 and can continue into the following 13:00-14:45 session if necessary. Those participants who have reserved lunch boxes should remember to pick them up just prior to the session at the Engineering Building 2, Patio.
The structure is more informal over lunch, with a number of round tables in the same room , or adjacent rooms, so that conference attendees can move around and sit in on a session as their interests dictate. In the absence of an organizer, presenters and participants should agree their own chairperson.
Ad Hoc Round Tables
Space will be made available for ad hoc round tables arising out of emergent themes at the conference. If you wish to offer an Ad Hoc Round Table Please pass on your title and short outline (100 words) to the conference secretariat in the Engineering Building 2, The first floor, room number 223 as early as possible.
