UMAT Registration
Existing Registrations in Process
If you have already registered via Form C (MS word file) prior to 29th June 2007, or are in the process of completing your credit card payment, please ignore the information below.You will need to go the Credit Card Payment Form (pdf) which should be completed and faxed to SAGE publications as soon as possible. Please note: you cannot now change the options you have already selected on Form C and need to keep the same options when you complete the credit card payment form.
